Picture cd

The Photo CD was given an upgrade in 1998 when Kodak launched the Picture CD. The Picture CD is very similar to a standard CD-R and can store digital photos with a resolution of 1536 x 1024 pixels in JPEG format. The optical disc comes with software to view and edit the files on a computer.
